Position: Key Accounts Executive
Location: Agra
Direct coverage of all Modern Trade stores in region (N, E, W, S), ensuring In-Store execution
Cover geographic area spread across multiple cities including outstation working
Maintain self-journey plan and ensure self-beat working
Ensuring that all promotion communications are properly done
Executing paid or non-paid secondary space in the store in best possible place
Ensuring fill rate for physical MT retailers
Ensure monitoring, recruitment, training, working of in-store sales promoters/healthy skin advisors/beauty advisors
Interact with local/regional category persons of all retailers (National/regional/Local)
Evaluating competitor's footprint in the product domain.
Any other additional responsibility as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Professionally effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales
Develop the sales and business mix from the individual accounts
Maintain accurate current database including sales secondary tracking
Provide weekly/monthly schedule of planned activities.
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
