Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Officer to join our team at SMFG India Credit. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products and services, primarily focusing on home equity loans, mortgage lending, and loans for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This is a full-time position based in Navsari, Gujarat, India.

Department:-Micro Secure Mortgage Loan.

Location:-Navsari,Gujarat India(Only for local candidates to be select)

Salary :-Up to 3.50 + Incentive +Petrol Allowance.

Qualifications And Skills

Fresher with less than 1 year of experience

Good knowledge of home equity loans, mortgage lending, and SME financing

Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills

Proactive and target-driven mindset

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Willingness to work in the field and conduct customer visits

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

Promote and sell our financial products and services, including home equity loans, mortgage lending, and loans for SMEs

Identify and establish new business opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions

Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
