Roles And Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing and processing sales orders, invoices, and contracts
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to clients
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
