1 to 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient in handling incoming calls and phone attend
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations

Roles And Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate person or department
Provide accurate and timely information to callers and visitors
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Ensure the security and confidentiality of all visitor and employee information
