Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Site Engineer to join our team at Sahanas Creations. As an Interior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications And Skills

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE WORKED IN COMMERCIAL PROJECTS LIKE OFFICES, SHOWROOMS, CAFE, RESTUARANT, INDUSTRIAL INTERIORS.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience of 1 to 3 years as an Interior Site Engineer or similar role in the INTERIOR WORKS industry.

Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

SHOULD BE READY TRAVEL FOR OUTSTATION PROJECTS.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.

Prepare and review interior design drawings, plans, and layouts.

Supervise and manage the execution of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source materials and products required for the projects.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on site.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments.

Solve any design or construction problems that may arise during the project.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities.

Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, including contractors and site workers.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies in interior design and construction.

Should be able to handle the project individually and handover the project on time as per the project timeline
