Job Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and generating new client acquisitions. This role is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess strong skills in business development, sales, US staffing, new client acquisitions, cold calling, and lead generation.
Qualifications And Skills
Candidate with less than 1 year of experience into Sales/ Inside sales/ ERP sales/ Software sales focused for US market.
Proven experience in business development and sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and target-driven
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Good understanding of market trends and competition
Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques
Ability to deliver effective sales presentations
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
