Job Overview
We are seeking a highly-skilled Plants Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of our water treatment plants. This is a Junior- Mid level position requiring 2 to 4 years of experience. As a Plants Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the treatment plants, managing a team of operators, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.
Qualifications And Skills
BE - Civil/Environmental/Public Health - With minimum 2-4 Years of experience in water treatment /waste water Treatment plant operations.
Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies
Experience in managing a team of operators
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering
Knowledge of operational efficiency and best practices
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Experience in plant operation and maintenance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the water treatment plants
Manage, train, and supervise a team of operators
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Implement and maintain operational procedures and standard operating practices
Monitor and analyze plant performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure the availability and reliability of plant equipment
Prepare reports and documentation, including plant performance reports, maintenance records, and incident reports
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure smooth plant operations
