Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is a Mid-Level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Austin, Texas, United States, and the employment type is Freelance/Remote.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as an Inside Sales Specialist or similar role

Strong knowledge of sales principles and strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and remotely

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

Experience in the IT services industry is a plus

Familiarity with trade shows and business prospects

Roles And Responsibilities

Generate sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies

Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements

Renumeration

50% Commission on every sale above $999
