Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Computer Teacher to join our team at Solitaire Global Schools. As a Computer Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching computer skills and knowledge to students, fostering their interest and understanding of technology. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Computer Teacher or in a similar role

Passionate about teaching and technology

Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and programming languages

Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Experience in integrating technology into teaching

Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms

Certification in teaching or computer-related field is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and deliver computer lessons to students, ensuring the curriculum is engaging and meets educational standards

Teach students how to effectively use computer hardware and software programs

Introduce basic programming concepts and help students develop their coding skills

Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback

Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration

Demonstrate knowledge of the latest technology trends and tools

Collaborate with other teachers to integrate technology into cross-curricular lesson plans

Stay updated on advancements in computer science education

Participate in school events and professional development opportunities

Maintain accurate records of students' attendance and grades
