Role Description

The ideal candidate preferably a medical graduate, will be accountable for recruitment of senior doctors and consultants. The candidate should be well experienced in hiring of senior doctors for various specialties.The candidate should be willing to travel PAN India to identify and reach out to the right candidates as per the talent requirement.

Requirement

Experience in Doctors Recruitment

Strong knowledge about medical specialties and medical terminologies.

Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and trends

Proven track record in successfully identifying and hiring senior doctors & consultants.

Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the candidates

Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities

Education

Medical Graduate, preferably MBBS with proven experience in Medical Recruitment.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in a similar role.

Preference for immediate joiners.
