Answering incoming and making outgoing calls.

Maintain Call quality as per the quality parameters.

Maintain average call handling time.

Good writing skills.

Assist the customer in placing the order.

Fluency in English. (Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam/Oriya/Bengali/Marathi) is an addition not mandatory.

Responsibilities And Duties

Attending and making voice calls and maintaining quality.

On-time login.

Maintain call quality.

Maintain average call handling time.

Assist the customer in placing the order.

Team player

Complete assigned work on a daily basis.

Send daily report.

Shift timings (Female - 7 AM to 4 PM, Male - 1 PM to 10 PM, and night shift - 10 PM to 07 AM)
