Experience & Skills (What Is Required For The Role)

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience with turbo machinery Components Design & Assembly Drawings

Essential Skills (Must To Have)

Experience 34 yrs in turbo machinery design (steam turbine, gas turbine or compressor)

Tool Knowledge of NX, Creo, Unigraphics,

Good understanding of GD & T in general and Design components of Rotating Equipment like blades, casings, rotor, etc.

Basic understanding of Assembly of Components in 3D tools and creating assembly drawings

Preparation of 3D Models from Layout (Casting & Fabrication ) and 2D Manufacturing Drawings

Preparation of Assembly Models, Interference Check and Assembly Drawings

Working as part of design team in project environment under supervision from Technical Lead.

Bid / Sales support during technical bid evaluation

Desirable (Good To Have)

Support to service team for Design issues at site

Visualization, interpretation, presentation and documentation of modelling

Knowledge in relevant standards applicable in design IEC, API, NEMA etc..

Exposure to Risk Assessment process
