Troubleshooting customer queries and requests
Managing customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
Documenting customer interactions for review and follow-up
Utilizing computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries
Handling all the customer service-related issues such as greeting, placing a call, handling an inquiry and following up with the customer
Ensuring that communication between human and machine is clear and efficient
Having good written communication skill
Education Citeria : Any graduation No BE /BTECH,Post graduates .
Work Location : Bangalore,Kudlu gate .
