Job Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Officer to join our team. The Key Account Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a full-time position Openings are available at Kottayam, Kannur and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience as a Key Account Officer or in a similar role, with 1 to 3 years of experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge of HR services and industry trends is a plus

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and maintain key accounts, including regular communication, addressing client queries, and resolving issues

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Prepare and present reports on key account performance, including sales forecasts, revenue growth, and client feedback

Stay updated with industry trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to improve account management strategies

Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of services

Monitor and track key account activities, ensuring timely delivery of services and proactive problem-solving

Identify growth opportunities within key accounts, suggesting new services or solutions to meet client needs

Stay updated with product knowledge and capabilities, effectively promoting our services to clients

Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
