Requirements

Proven track record of success in commercial real estate sales

In-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and industry trends

Outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to analyse market data and tailor sales strategies accordingly

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools

Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to properties and events
