Oversee end-to-end order processing and production coordination.

Execute photo offers, generate invoices, and negotiate competitive pricing.

Coordinate product sampling and approval processes with clients or buyers.

Handle shipping documentation for export orders.

Submit products for testing and conduct production inspections.

Communicate effectively with buyers, including email correspondence for approvals.

Create and submit packaging artwork for approval.

Qualifications

Previous merchandising experience in home furnishings.

Strong negotiation skills and production coordination expertise.

Familiarity with export order documentation and compliance.

Experience with testing agencies like Bureau Veritas or Intertek.

Effective communication skills for buyer interactions.
