Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generator: Generate leads and qualify prospects in the solar C&I sector.

Strategic Executor: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with our solar mission.

Customer Odyssey: Embark on customer visits, elucidating the wonders of solar energy systems.

Deal Closer: Build lasting relationships with clients, presenting and closing solar deals.

Client Support Luminary: Provide stellar customer support, ensuring our clients feel the warmth of our solar service.

Performance Tracker: Track and report on sales performance, guiding our solar journey with data.

Target Achiever: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, pushing our solar limits.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the solar C&I sector

Other Requirements

Preferred Candidate - Male

Solar Sector Savvy: A deep understanding of the solar industry, its products, and services is crucial.

Client Whisperer: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.

Sales Dynamo: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals, with a track record of closing deals.

Versatile Experience: Experience in Sales support, Installation, or Service support will be considered, as long as dealing with clients was a significant part of your role.

Independent Star: The ability to work independently while seamlessly integrating with our solar constellation.

Target Achiever: A track record of achieving assigned sales targets.

On-the-Road Navigator: Possess a valid 2-wheeler driver's license and a clean driving record.
