Job Overview

We are hiring a Commi 1 Chinese to join our team at Rural Blues The Restobar in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time role with an opportunity for growth. As a Commi 1 Chinese, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine, maintaining high-quality standards, and assisting other chefs in the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience as a Commi 1 or similar role in a kitchen

Strong knowledge and proficiency in Chinese cuisine

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Basic understanding of restaurant management and operations

Ability to assist and support other chefs effectively

Roles And Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to recipes and standards

Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's standards

Assist in planning and developing new menu items

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Assist other chefs in the kitchen as needed

Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service
