Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our spice processing center and coffee mills. This is a junior-level position that requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Kottayam, Kerala, India. The salary range for this role will be competitive based on experience and skills.

Qualifications And Skills

Junior level with 1 to 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator

Experience operating machines in a food processing or manufacturing environment is preferred

Knowledge of coffee machine operation and spice processing techniques

Familiarity with oil extraction processes is a plus

Proficiency in using machine tools and equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Roles And Responsibilities

Operate various machines in the spice processing center and coffee mills

Set up machines before each production run and make necessary adjustments during operation

Monitor machines to ensure they are running smoothly and producing high-quality products

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Document production data and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development

Full time
