Job Overview

We are hiring a Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This position is a full-time role with working experience of 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications And Skills

Previous experience as a Store Incharge or similar role is preferred

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work well in a team environment

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service

Manage and supervise store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales

Monitor and analyze sales trends, and make recommendations for improvement

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of merchandise

Maintain a clean and organized store environment
