Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven District Sales Officer to join our team. As a District Sales Officer, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned district

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue within the assigned district

Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities

Manage and expand the existing customer base by providing excellent customer service

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments
