Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects. This is a senior-level position with 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Kottayam, Kerala, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer, preferably with 7 to 10 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of construction site planning and project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and manage civil construction projects from start to finish.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop and implement project plans.

Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the availability of materials and resources.

Identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards on-site.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and drawings.
