Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Controller to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Kottayam, Kerala, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications And Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in quality control or a related field

Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices

Experience in the food production industry, particularly in spices and coffee

Proficiency in quality assurance techniques and tools

Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues

Knowledge of coffee roasting techniques and spice processing

Understanding of food technology and safety standards

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, intermediates, and finished products

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistency and compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner

Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities

Train and educate staff on quality control practices and standards

Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and certifications

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to quality control
