Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer with expertise in Frappe and ERP Next to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that contribute to the success of our business. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Kottayam, Kerala, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in software development

Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Frappe, and ERP Next

Experience with Flutter and HTML scripting

Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

Roles And Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining software solutions using Frappe and ERP Next

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and specifications

Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications

Troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions

Developing and maintaining software documentation

Participating in code and design reviews

Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Contributing to the continuous improvement of software development processes

Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
