Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil with strong leadership skills to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Project Manager Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects in the Kurianad,Kottayam area. This is a full-time position with a senior level role, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Architecture, and AutoCAD

Expertise in structural engineering and geology

Experience in earthworks and road construction

Excellent leadership and project management skills

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and oversee civil engineering projects in the Kurianad,Kottayam area

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Review and evaluate design drawings and specifications

Supervise and lead a team of civil engineers and construction workers

Manage project documentation and maintain project records

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution

Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner

Provide regular project updates and reports to the senior management
