Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal structures. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Kottayam, Kerala, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as a Welder with 4 to 6 years of experience

Strong knowledge and skills in metal fabrication and welding techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures

Proficiency in operating welding equipment and tools

Knowledge of welding inspection standards and techniques

Familiarity with steel structures and their fabrication

Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality welds

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Fabricate and weld various metal structures according to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures

Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Perform welding inspections to ensure quality and adherence to standards

Collaborate with team members to plan and execute welding projects

Maintain welding equipment and keep work area clean and organized

Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements
