Role & Responsibilities

Sourcing Affordable home loans, Micro-LAP products and Cross-sell LAP & Business loan to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition.

Responsible for empanelment of the DSA and acquiring the customers for Home Loan from open market and developer relationships.

Responsible for establishing the organization brand and managing the sales and business development activities for Home Loans with a focus on affordable/mass affluent segments in the assigned locations.

The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the local affordable/mass affluent markets and PMAY - Responsible for smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of a loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification - Graduate

Require minimum experience of 1 years in Mortgage, Micro LAP and affordable home loans

Strong negotiation skill.
