Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management), with a strong background in implementing and supporting SAP HCM modules. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite, collaborating closely with our clients to deliver innovative HR solutions and support their business objectives.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customize SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Employee Self-Service (ESS).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design SAP HCM solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

Configure and maintain master data, organizational structures, and time evaluation schemas in SAP HCM to ensure data integrity and system accuracy.

Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of SAP HCM solutions.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to minimize disruption to business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and payroll to integrate SAP HCM with other systems and applications as needed.

Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM developments, features, and best practices to provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimization.

Document functional specifications, configuration changes, and support procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain documentation standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

3-7 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support, with a focus on PA, OM, TM, PY, and ESS modules.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM data model, configuration settings, and integration points with other SAP modules such as FI/CO and SuccessFactors.

Hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration tools such as Personnel Administration (PA30/PA40), Organizational Management (PPOME), and Time Management (PT60/PT66).

Experience with SAP payroll processing, including payroll schema configuration, wage type maintenance, and payroll control records.

Knowledge of SAP HCM reporting tools such as SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) for HR reporting and analytics.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work onsite and travel as needed to client locations for project engagements and meetings.
