Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer (Medical-Surgical) to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales of medical-surgical products and services in the Kottayam, Kerala region. This is a full-time position with a focus on building strong client relationships and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications And Skills

Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated and target-driven

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office

Fluency in the local language (LANGAUGE) is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for medical-surgical products and services

Maintain and expand client database in the assigned territory

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities

Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals

Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively implementing sales strategies

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement
