Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to Kannur, Kottayam, Alappuzha and Bangalore. his role is focused on selling medical-surgical products and services to healthcare organizations. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and negotiating contracts. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with a preference for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in a sales role.
Qualifications And Skills
MBA freshers or experience
surgical /Healthcare industry experienced people with graduation
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong customer relationship management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations to promote and sell medical-surgical products and services
Identify new opportunities and develop strategies for acquiring new business
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
