Developing various new Fixturing & initial feasibility & proveout, supporting to procurement of tools necessary, designing and ordering fixtures, fixture drawing & updating in DMS

Ensuring the Zero line stoppages related to Fixturing, excueting the improvement projects .

Exceuting the 100% Fixture PM for the Plant, ensuring the spare availability as per min & max

Analysing problems in shop floor, action plan for reducing the downt time and increasing productivity

Qualifications

B. Tech / BE (Mechanical)

3 to 6 years experience
