Required candidates with US Logistics & International BPO/MNC Experience, Minimum 6 Months

Location : Mohali, Chandigarh, Delhi & Gurgaon

Salary: 25k to 65k Plus 15% incentive

Interview Timing : 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Sat/Sun Off)

Responsibilities

Searching new clients through various portals-google.

Identify and contact qualified carriers for freight services.

Negotiating with freight carriers.

Scheduling and tracking shipments.

Ensure that freight paperwork is completed and approved before transportation.

Manage pickup and delivery schedules.

Track and report shipment status of loads.

Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally.

Maintain positive and productive relationship with customers.
