We are looking for a skilled South Indian Chef to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious South Indian dishes according to our recipes and high-quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Junior South Indian Chef.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as a South Indian Chef, ideally in a similar position

Knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with excellent communication skills

Attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize

Roles And Responsibilities

Prepare and cook South Indian dishes according to recipes and high-quality standards

Ensure all food items are prepared and served on time

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Monitor stock levels and order ingredients as needed

Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and improve menu offerings

Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Assist in training junior kitchen staff
