Role: Accountant Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) return filing and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.

Manage GST (Goods and Services Tax) return filing and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

Monitor and record daily expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Handle vendor payouts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Conduct regular reconciliations of financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports to management, providing insights and analysis on financial performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Accountant Manager or a similar accounting role, showcasing your ability to manage financial tasks effectively.

Sound knowledge of TDS and GST return filing procedures, with a track record of compliance.

Proficiency in handling day-to-day accounting operations, including expense tracking and vendor management.

Strong understanding of financial reconciliations and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to deliver accurate and insightful financial reports.

2-3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably within the fintech, IT, and Ecommerce industry.
