Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Networks Manager to join our team at RM Skytech Puducherry. As a Networks Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This is a full-time position located in Puducherry, Puducherry, India, and the ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in network management.

Qualifications And Skills

More than 15 years of experience in network management

Strong knowledge of hardware and networking principles and protocols

Experience in server installation and maintenance

Expertise in firewall configuration and management

Familiarity with data security standards, such as BCMS and ISMS

Proven experience in network security and implementation of security measures

Ability to effectively manage and lead a team

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure

Manage network hardware and software, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls

Ensure network security and data protection by implementing and enforcing best practices and policies

Monitor network performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize network operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions

Manage and lead a team of network administrators and technicians

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in network technology

Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and end-users

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
