System Knowledge : MS Office/Oracle NetSuite ERP/SAP/Oracle Finance.

Annual CTC : As per Industry Standard
Key Responsibilities
Managing the overall accounting and finance operations of one or more entities with a small team consisting of three or four.
Responsible for internal or external reporting to satisfy both local and global stakeholders
Closing of books of account and finalization of Financial Statement as per IndAS/IFRS & IGAAP
Preparing analysis of Revenue, Cost & GP Margin MoM, QoQ & YoY
Responsible for Statutory Compliances, including Payroll related compliances of country of operation, STPI Reporting & Compliance
Handling the periodical financial reporting, actuals, forecasts, budgets, comparison, etc Pre requisites
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Awareness of business trends
Experience with creating financial statements
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards
Expert knowledge in MS office
Experience in Oracle NetSuite software is a plus
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
