Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Registrar to join our dedicated medical team at People Tree Hospitals. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and be passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare to our young patients.

Qualifications And Skills

Medical degree from an accredited educational institution.

Valid medical license to practice as a Pediatrician.

Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics.

1 to 3 years of clinical experience as a Pediatrician.

In-depth knowledge of pediatric diseases, treatments, and medications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Compassion and empathy for young patients and their families.

Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine.

Roles And Responsibilities

Examine infants, children, and adolescents for physical illnesses, injuries, and congenital disorders.

Diagnose and treat various medical conditions and illnesses specific to pediatric patients.

Monitor the growth and development of patients and provide appropriate medical interventions and referrals as needed.

Administer vaccinations and immunizations according to the recommended schedules.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Educate parents and guardians on proper pediatric care, including nutrition, hygiene, and preventative measures.

Maintain accurate and updated medical records for all patients.

Participate in continuous medical education and stay up-to-date with advancements in pediatric medicine.

Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.

Collaborate with the hospital management and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualification ; MBBS, MD /DCH/DNB (Pard) fresher
