Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front Desk Executive to join our team at Proactive For Her. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations of our women's healthtech startup. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk by greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees

Provide accurate information about our services, schedule appointments,

Coordinate customer appointments, manage customer flow, and ensure efficient scheduling of consultations, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic procedures

Manage the registration process for workshops and events, and assist with organizing and coordinating these activities

Address patient queries, concerns, and provide support when necessary.

Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless support to clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure customer feedback and reviews are collected on a regular basis.
