Job Overview

Proactive For Her is seeking a motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing judgement-free, personalised, and confidential healthcare solutions to women. The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

Valid nursing license to practice in India.

Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role.

Clinical competence in providing nursing care to women.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to record and document information accurately.

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong patient education skills to promote preventive care and wellness.

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to women of all ages, handling multiple health concerns and conditions.

Assess patient health through regular check-ups, screenings, and consultations.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

Assist in gynecological examinations, Pap smears, and other reproductive health procedures.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, symptoms, and treatments provided.

Educate patients about preventive measures, health promotion, and lifestyle changes.

Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a caring and professional manner.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Ensure compliance with medical and nursing standards, policies, and procedures.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
