Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Candidates as Business Development Manager to join our team at Nexilis Electronics India Pvt Ltd. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing new business opportunities in the electronic security and surveillance industry. This is a full-time position based in HRBR layout,Kalyan Nagar.Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the success of our company.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree /Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
In-depth knowledge of the electronic security and surveillance industry
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronic security and surveillance industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities and performance
