Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Project Sales Specialist to join our team at Nexilis Electronics India. As a Project Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development for our electronic security and surveillance products. The role requires a strong understanding of government projects, Enterprise Projects, Home security, PSU,channel sales, and distribution sales. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in project sales, specifically in the CCTV, electronic security, and video surveillance industry. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills
Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the CCTV, electronic security, and video surveillance industry
Strong knowledge of government projects, channel sales, and distribution sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presentations
Knowledge of video management systems (VMS) and CCTV technologies
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel as required
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
Identify and engage with government agencies and project consultants to generate leads and opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders
Provide technical and product knowledge support to customers and partners
Lead product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure successful project implementations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electronic security and surveillance technology
