Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Tele Caller for our Inside Sales team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our electronic security and surveillance products, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in kalyan nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronic security and surveillance industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships

Self-motivated and target-driven

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

Good knowledge of electronic security and surveillance products

Roles And Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through outbound calls and emails to promote our electronic security and surveillance products

Understand customer needs and requirements, and present suitable product solutions

Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product offerings and benefits

Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales deals

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers

Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities

Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape
