We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales professional to join our team at Pramerica Life Insurance. As an Insurance Sales, you will play a crucial role in providing financial protection to our customers and helping them achieve their dreams and aspirations. This is a Full-Time position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, with the opportunity for growth and development within our organization. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance sales.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in insurance sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand and analyze customer needs

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Knowledge of insurance products and market trends

Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer-focused mindset and solution-oriented approach

Roles And Responsibilities

Promote and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses

Identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs

Advise customers on suitable insurance products and coverage

Customize insurance policies to meet the specific needs of clients

Handle policy renewals and claim settlements

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
