Present business plans to potential clients and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement.

Schedule sales meetings with interested delegates and follow up until franchise sign-ups.

Coordinate the franchise recruiting process.

Manage Footprints franchise sales and lead database. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Call assigned leads to validate and provide information about the Promilo franchise.

Generate leads through multiple sales and marketing activities.

Pre-qualify leads by asking questions about their location preference, profiles, interests, etc.

Present information to qualified leads about the Promilo franchise model, the investment required to start and run a FICO & FIFO model, etc.

Conclude calls by sending prospects emails/messages with links for further information on the franchise opportunity.

Capture and document information on the leads obtained through the telecalls in the system.

Enter and update prospects information in the database.

Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to gauge prospects & interest and qualify them for the next face-to- face meeting.

Send requests to prospects to complete Expression of Interest (EOI) forms, collecting information about their funding ability.

Coordinate face-to-face meetings between prospects and the respective Relationship Managers (RM).

Distribute the ROI-Sheet, the Term-Sheet, and the Agreement Draft to approved franchisee candidates, as directed by the RM or Head of Franchise Development.

Respond to inquiries, furnish information, facilitate personal visits for prospects, and offer necessary support as needed. TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office and Google Sheets.

Data Entry Skills. NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS

Active Listening- Active listening is a crucial skill for understanding our customers needs and concerns during phone calls.

Persuasiveness- Convince the client to consider our premium package.

Persistence- Follow up with the lead until they finally agree to a meeting.

Telephone Etiquette and Customer Focus- Ensures each caller feels valued and heard.
