Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

More than 10 years of experience in process engineering

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work well in a cross-functional team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Analyze production and manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement process optimization strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow

Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies

Design and implement automated systems to improve production efficiency

Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies

Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in process engineering
