Qualifications And Skills

Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a US-based environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office

Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

Experience with sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards

Ability to meet targets and quotas effectively

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods

Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches for specific roles

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and making job offers

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

Partial US shift - 4 pm IST to 12 am IST

Fully remote

Working Laptop, mobile and internet connection setup
