Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Marketing Executive to join one of our clients, a retail firm based in Mananthavady. This is a full-time position in Wayanad, Kerala, India. As a Sales Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in marketing or related field is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software

Knowledge of market research techniques and databases

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our job consultancy services

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target clients

Build and maintain relationships with clients, including regular follow-ups and meetings

Create engaging content for social media marketing and website promotions

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities

Assist in organizing and participating in networking events and job fairs

Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
