Qualifications And Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in telephone etiquette and handling customer calls
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and provide effective solutions
Basic sales skills to promote Ondezx's services and persuade potential customers
Problem-solving skills to address scholars' queries and concerns
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Patience and resilience to handle challenging situations with scholars
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
Fluency in English and Hindi
Experience in a similar role is preferred, but freshers with the right skills are encouraged to apply
Roles And Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about Ondezx's PhD assistance services
Handle inbound calls from scholars seeking guidance and assistance
Listen actively to scholars' requirements, offer suitable solutions, and guide them through the process
Maintain a database of prospective customers and follow up with them regularly
Achieve set targets for customer acquisition and revenue generation
Build strong relationships with scholars to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide accurate information to customers
Provide feedback to the management regarding customer queries, concerns, and suggestions
