Job Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Designer to join our team at OZEETA. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for our fashion line. The role requires a strong creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visual designs. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with 1-3 years of experience

Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Excellent creativity and artistic skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and manufacturing processes

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Sewing and crafting skills

Dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Roles And Responsibilities

Create and develop designs for our fashion line based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines

Conduct research and analysis to identify new design concepts, fabrics, and techniques

Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas

Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for the production team

Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final product

Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of designs

Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis

Attend fashion shows, trade fairs, and events to gather inspiration and showcase our designs

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns

Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns
