Job Overview

We are hiring a Continental Chef to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of continental dishes. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role

Knowledge of continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and food presentation

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and leadership skills

Valid food handler's certificate

Roles And Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to menu plans and recipes

Ensure quality and presentation of the dishes meet the company's standards

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and garnishing of dishes

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation and cooking techniques
